Post Artists' Quarter News
We were thrilled with our recent performance at the Artists' Quarter in St. Paul, MN. We heard great things from both staff of the club and from the Twin Cities Jazz Society who sponsored our event. Thanks to all the new faces who we saw, and all the people who helped support us by purchasing the album. On the way to the Artists' Quarter we were graced with great news twice! First, we will be getting the opportunity to work with acclaimed jazz pianist, Bryan Nichols, throughout the semester. Secondly, we were also offered the chance to open for jazz superstar Geoff Keezer for an upcoming concert in Eau Claire. We could not be more ecstatic!
Update for tour includes a bunch of new schools we are working with and some great clubs too. More info to come soon.

EP Release and Promotion
We have been fortunate enough to have been featured on student radio at UWEC with Maggie Armstrong and Jazz, Blues, and Beyond! In addition, there is also a great article in the newest issue of Volume One Magazine abut the EP release show and upcoming events of the group. All of this with a great show at Acoustic Cafe and an upcoming showcase at the Artist's Quarter in St. Paul builds for a very exciting couple of weeks. Lastly, we have also begun booking our tour for January of 2012. Great things happening with the group and we are excited to share it with all of you.

New School Year, Recording
We have all just kicked off a new year at UW-Eau Claire and are excited to begin our studies. Within the first week of classes we have played gigs on the university campus and in Minneapolis. We've also recorded an EP for promotional purposes as well to get our music out to students, friends, and family. Look out for the EPK on the album in the next couple of weeks. We will be releasing the EP, at the Acoustic Cafe in Eau Claire on October 1st.
We are also excited to have the opportunity to participate in jazz combo at the university as a class. We are thrilled to be working with Dr. Doug O'Connor, the new sax prof at UWEC. He's a great player, teacher, and person and we anxious to work with him. He recently recorded as a guest on our EP.
